Mexico

Standard stock products are shipped in less than 48 hours.

Special products marked "+" in the printed product catalog, are made to order
and shipped in less than 5 days; these products can be shipped separately by
courier service to their destination.

Back Orders less than 100 pieces or $1,500.00 pesos are cancelled and it is
requested that they be requested in the next order.

Back orders more than 100 pieces are placed on back order and shipped when they
become available.

Order processing is closed at 11:00 a.m. and at 4:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday
(CST).

Latin America
Maritime Transport

We will ship on the first ship available 14 days after having received
confirmation of the order.

Orders with less than 3,000 pieces undelivered are canceled by our system, and
the client is asked to request them in the next order. Orders with more than
3,000 pieces pending delivery are placed on Back Order and are shipped when
they become available.
Ground Transport

Orders confirmed by Friday are shipped the following Thursday.
