Our compromise:

  • All orders are shipped in a maximum 48 hrs timeframe. For expedited deliveries, please call the Contact Center for more information
  • Unfulfilled orders can a) be placed on backorder b) be canceled and included in the next order from distributor, as per distributor’s approval and practices. Please inform the Contact Center of the best option for your company
  • Order processing hours are Monday- Friday until 4pm CST 


Return Policy

  • Minimum $500 MXN merchandise value to process the return pick up
  • If the merchandise value is below $500 MXN, the return request will be pending until this minimum value is met with other return requests
  • Return freight is pre-paid by distributor when the cause for return is a)  low sales volume at POS b) ordering error and c) canceled order by distributor

Latin America

Ocean transportation

  • We board the first vessel available after receiving the order confirmation.
  • Orders pending fill material (Back Order) are canceled by our system and we suggest applying at the next order.

Ground Transportation

  • The orders confirmed by Friday orders will be shipped on Thursday of the following week.
  • Orders pending (Back Order) are canceled by our system and we suggest applying at the next order.

Order entries close at 4:00pm (central time)
