Brass Machining and Forging

Capacity to manufacture brass fittings based on custom designs using normal lead brass and low lead brass (< .25% lead).

Forging:

• Automatic and manual presses for hot forging Brass. Capacity to forge from 10 to 300 Grams.
• Transfer machines for finishing and threading precision forgings

Machining:

• Capacity for parts with tight tolerances and high precision.
• CNC lathes and single spindle lathes with capacity to machine from 1/8” to 1” diameter
